We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry to manage and support product development projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans.
- Schedule and facilitate project team meetings and Scrum ceremonies.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate project activities, track tasks, and monitor progress.
- Foster clear communication between developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
- Document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation (plans, requirements, user stories, technical specifications).
- Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
- Track project progress against timelines and milestones.
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare regular status reports and project dashboards.
- Support quality reviews, user acceptance testing, and bug tracking.
- Assist with resource allocation and task assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
