**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The primary task is to handle calls/chats from customers and provide them with a solution to their queries.
- Discuss concerns with a supervisor if required to get the issue sorted on time.
- Give accurate information to customers on their queries/concerns
- Must efficiently set goals and work on them so as to avoid any escalations and maintain relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
- High School /Graduate/ MBA / PGD / Masters Degree in any field
- 0 -2 years of experience as a Customer Support/Service
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
- Basic knowledge/understanding of Customer Support Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
