Job Title: Executive Assistant
Position: Full Time, work from office
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, ensuring all details are well-organized.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation of important information.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Organize meetings and events, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist with tracking and supporting ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and executives are updated.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive company information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Office Management**: Oversee general office organization, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve minor office issues or conflicts as they arise.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software/tools
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
