**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting footwear according to their needs.
- Provide expert advice on styles, sizes, and fits for handcrafted designer footwear.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Drive sales by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and special events.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure that the store is well-organized and the merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle billing and cash management, including accurate processing of payments.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checking, and replenishing shelves as needed.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain appealing and organized visual displays to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure that all products are well-presented and follow the brand’s standards.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the store manager.
- Track customer preferences, feedback, and product trends for future recommendations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in fashion, particularly footwear.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is desirable.

**Working Hours**:
Full-time, flexible shifts as per mall operating hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
