**Position: Motivational Sales Trainer**

**Location**:Cochin

**Experience**:4 to 5 Years

**Salary**:INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 Monthly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Orient new sales representatives by conducting an overview of the sales process, creating Personalized coaching plans, providing resources and support, and scheduling orientation drive along with senior representatives.
- Identify areas for improvement through skills gap analysis by shadowing the sales team, observing sales interactions, analyzing sales results reports, and consulting with sales Head.
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and creating outcome improvement resources.
- Serve as a motivator for new sales representatives by inspiring and encouraging their growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in a contact center or sales driven organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in sales training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Must have the ability to motivate and inspire others.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
