We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Django Trainer to join our team at Kerala STEDS. As a Python Django Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions to our students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in web development using Python and Django. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Python and Django web development.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials that meet the needs of students.
- Assess students' understanding and progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in Python and Django.
- Create hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the training program.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the training materials and methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven expertise in Python and Django web development.
- Previous experience as a Python Django Developer or Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Certifications related to Python and Django is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
