As a **Sales Coordinator** at Digital Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth coordination, assisting in sales operations, and facilitating seamless communication across departments. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with a fast-paced team in an innovative fintech company, driving the adoption of our payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the daily sales activities, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to drive market penetration and expand our customer base.
- Provide assistance and coordination to TLs on daily basis regarding sales parameter and performance overview.
- Facilitate communication with existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries and providing them with accurate information on our products and services.
- Track and analyze sales data, providing insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Organize and assist with sales meetings, client presentations, and events aimed at promoting our QR code and card payment solutions.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Banking, FinTech, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving business growth and client acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
- Knowledge of payment solutions, QR codes, and card payment systems is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the Banking/fintech industry/ FMCG industry.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- A deep understanding of the channel partner model and its implementation in sales strategies.
