Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and initiate contact with potential customers to create opportunities for sales.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet company goals.
- Liaise between clients and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Educational qualification - Any Graduate.
- Understanding of end-to-end operations activities flow cycle.
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience in streamlining business operations processes.
- **Good communication and ability to manage ground operations.**:

- **Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
