Managing operations: Planning, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of multiple departments or locations. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that all locations adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal laws. Developing strategies: Developing business strategies for revenue growth and sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Managing budgets: Maintaining budgets within acceptable ranges for each location. Training and developing people: Training and developing team members, general managers, and assistant managers. Resolving issues: Addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns. Communicating: Communicating company goals and performance targets to every unit of the company. Motivating: Motivating employees by praising managers, giving rewards, and approving promotions. Analyzing sales: Analyzing sales statistics. Recommending: Recommending motions to senior management as necessary. Overcoming challenges: Overcoming operational challenges as they emerge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
