District Supervisor

Job Description District Supervisor GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a District Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our First Response Vehicles (FRVs) within the district. This critical role involves managing human resources, coordinating fleet operations, ensuring FRV uptime as per SLA, and building strong relationships with district and state-level control rooms and government officials for the Dial 112 project. Role & Responsibilities: - Oversee operations and maintenance of FRVs (First Response Vehicles) in the district. - Manage human resources in the district in coordination with the HR Head. - Coordinate with the Zonal Head, district control room, and state-level centralized Dial 112 control room for fleet-related operations in the district and vendor management. - Ensure uptime of FRVs as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) and adherence to scheduled service. - Facilitate various training programs in districts. - Attend periodical meetings (as specified by concerned government department) with District SP/ASP/District Control Room In-Charge and analyze district-level response time of FRVs. - Provide training to concerned government department officials and staff at District and lower levels. - Perform any other tasks assigned by concerned government department & PMC (Project Management Consultant), concerning the project. Preferred Candidate Profile: - B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. - Minimum 05 years of overall experience. - Minimum 03 years of experience in managing operations in Large Scale Fleet Projects, Large Scale Automobile Projects, or Emergency Services Projects.
