Type: Full-time | Field-based Role

**About the Role**:
DEVI Sansthan is seeking passionate and proactive District Coordinators to lead the on-ground implementation of its innovative Accelerating Learning for All (ALfA) pedagogy in government and low-cost private schools. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular visits to schools and close engagement with teachers, students, and education officials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and support ALfA program implementation across schools in the district

Conduct teacher trainings, classroom demonstrations, and school visits

Monitor student learning outcomes and submit timely reports

Liaise with local education authorities and stakeholders

Organize community awareness and engagement initiatives

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field

Prior experience in education or community development preferred

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Must be comfortable with extensive field work and periodic travel to Lucknow for reporting and meetings

Should have own two-wheeler for local travel within the district

Should be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned district

Language: Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of the local dialect is a plus
