**Pune's leading nursery firm in Thugaon looking for dedicate and dynamic person for nursery farm supervisor level. She should be comfortable to do following job responsibilities.**
- Cultivation to develop, refine and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training program for nursery.
- Lead the nursery department to meet production demand, quantity and quality of ready to flower plants.
- Direct team members of Nursery Section Leads, including mentoring, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Follow and maintain all disinfection procedures to control/contain all plant pathogens.
- Manage plants in early and late vegetative growth.
- Maintain plant scheduling and organization week by week for all stages of growth.
- Project stages of plants and growth to determine optimal times for transition into flower cycle.
- Oversee standard nursery tasks such as watering, transplanting, spacing, topping, and pruning.
- Monitor standard cultivation tasks such as spacing, topping, deleafing, transplanting into flower cycle, etc.
- To make & manage daily plans as provided. Monitor labor for performance, quality, and adherence to scheduling.
- Adhere to all Company Environmental, Health and Safety Policies.
- Organize personal schedule to maximize productivity and time management
