**Job Title**: Field Supervisor

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**1. Banana Operations Management**:

- Supervise export and domestic operations, encompassing contract farming, procurement, technical support, and planning.

**2. Farmer Engagement & Support**:

- Foster robust relationships with farmers by offering technical assistance and ensuring optimal crop care from cultivation to packhouse.

**3. Quality Control & Fruit Care**:

- Maintain high standards of fruit quality, hygiene, and assurance during harvesting, storage, and packaging.

**4. Farm and Workforce Oversight**:

- Manage farm equipment, workforce operations, and crop planning to enhance operational efficiency.

**5. Packhouse Operations**:

- Oversee the harvesting, packaging, and quality assurance processes, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline.

**Experience**:

- Fresher or 1 to 4 years in farm management, agribusiness, or fruit operations (experience in banana farming is preferred).

**Expertise**:

- Proficient in contract farming, crop management, and quality assurance practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
