Farm Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily farm operations and ensure smooth functioning of all farm activities.
- Supervise and manage farm workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Plan and coordinate planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting activities.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and implement appropriate measures for pest control and crop protection.
- Monitor and manage farm inventory, including seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, and equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations on the farm.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in farm management or supervision.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation, farm equipment operation, and basic agricultural practices.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of farm workers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to farming operations.
- Basic understanding of farm budgeting and recordkeeping.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
