**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the academic delivery and administration for a specific grade level, aiming for high academic results and maintaining student discipline.
- Coordinate with Central Committees to implement the curriculum in accordance with guidelines and standards.
- Supervise and engage the teaching staff, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of academic work.
- Oversee various events and programs, such as parent orientations, PTMs, sports days, and student competitions.
- Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and parents while handling documentation related to academics, performance, and discipline.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Graduation in any stream and ECCED (Early Childhood Care and Education) / DEd (Diploma in Education) / TTC (Teacher Training Course) / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- Minimun 5 years of work experience in academics.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
