*Position Overview:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Calendar Management:* Coordinate and manage complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
- *Travel Arrangements:* Organize and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- *Meeting Coordination:* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Ensure all necessary materials and information are available beforehand.
- *Project Support:* Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required by the executive team.
- *Document Management:* Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- *Confidentiality:* Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- *Office Management:* Oversee the executive office’s operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
*Qualifications:*
- *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- *Education - Any Graduate
- *Skills:*
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong follow up skills
- Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
