
Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Follow-ups with the Sales Team**:
- Regularly check in with the sales team to track progress on leads and sales targets.
- Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines, addressing client queries, and fulfilling commitments.
- Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and progress.
- **Coordination with Faculties (Teachers/Trainers)**:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the faculty members, ensuring clear communication regarding student enrollment, schedules, and requirements.
- Address faculty concerns and ensure their teaching schedules and needs are managed.
- Ensure that all necessary materials, resources, and information are available to the faculty.
- **Conducting Interviews & Hiring**:
- Communicate job offers and rejections in a professional and timely manner.
- **Negotiating with Clients or Staff Regarding Payments**:
- Serve as the point of contact for any payment-related inquiries from clients, staff, or external vendors.
- Address payment disputes or questions and resolve them efficiently.
- Work with your accounting or finance team to ensure that payments are processed on time.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Ensure smooth operational workflow and assist in managing the overall functioning of the team.
- Maintain records of interviews, follow-ups, and payment-related matters.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes and basic understanding of payment systems.
- Proficient in using software tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
**Experience Needed**:
- Prior experience in HR or sales administration.
- Experience with conducting interviews, employee negotiations, and resolving payment issues is a plus.
- A background in coordinating between multiple teams or stakeholders will be beneficial.
**Ideal Qualities**:
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with different departments, and managing diverse tasks.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive issues, especially concerning payment or employment negotiations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
