
Office Coordinator/operations Coordinator

Process new orders and manage purchase orders.
- Create and maintain delivery schedules and challans.
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure collection of balance payments.
- Handle the return of shade cards and samples.
- Send thank-you messages to clients post-order as part of client appreciation.
- Follow up on pending payments via WhatsApp using pre-defined templates.
- Maintain and update payment follow-up details in Excel.
- Set reminders and make follow-up calls to clients using provided scripts.
- Share product updates and festival greetings via WhatsApp (monthly).
- Collect feedback from clients every 8 weeks and update the CRM system.
- Ensure CSR verification is completed on the same day as installation.
- Encourage Google reviews from satisfied clients and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate internally for installation, delivery, recruitment, and enquiry handling.
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-1 years of experience as Office / Operations Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.
