**JD for Intern - Monitoring & Data Management**

**Location**:Kolkata (frequent travel to various sites)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team for the role of **Monitoring & Data Management**. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our operations and data teams, gaining hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Entry**:

- Gather and organize data from various sources, including field reports and operational systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries in designated databases or software tools.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports with actionable insights.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas of improvement.
- Support in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.
- **Coordination**:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.
- Assist in resolving data-related queries and discrepancies.
- **Documentation & Records Management**:

- Maintain proper documentation of all data-related activities and records.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and tea mwork skills.

**Stipend -**₹ 8000 to ₹ 10000per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
