PRATHAM Test Prep U/o IIFM Ltd is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate courses, whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication, or B.Com. It has a curriculum that is intricately designed to meet the needs of students preparing for various undergraduate entrance exams to reputed colleges. The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university, Pan-India, is to clear an entrance exam which largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs polishing and practice. The faculty members are competent, erudite, and experienced. They provide relentless and unwavering guidance, and students under their aegis are able to do wonders and perform to the highest of their capabilities. As selections in various coveted institutes like IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, IHM, WGSHA, NLU, BCA, Xt. Xavier’s, Mumbai, etc., have only seen an upswing; PRATHAM as a name has become synonymous with success and progress. Tapping the potential of the students in and around Delhi has encouraged PRATHAM Test Prep to expand its horizons and reach out to students beyond Delhi NCR to Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, and Panipat.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for developing and maintaining good rapport with existing school contacts and creating new contacts in other schools for selling existing or newly created sessions/ projects in schools.
- Responsible for relationship maintenance through repeat visits and calls to school contacts to be able to capitalize on any new opportunity that arises, which will help us to develop new projects in schools.
- Responsible for achieving revenue and numbers. Targets set for conducting sessions and selling existing products in schools.
- Responsible for organizing and executing events in schools.
- Providing counselling /lead generation support to the centers when not visiting schools.
- Liasoning with teachers to form tie-ups for generating school references for all existing products
- Willingness to travel within the city and outside the city for work
- Revenue Generation activity for schools, like generating institutional tie-ups for Classes at school or Olympiad sales at centers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education and Knowledge**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any Subject domain.
- Professional proficiency with the Microsoft Office package, especially in MS Excel, and IT literate.
