**JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB SPECIFICATION**

**Designation**:Sales Executive

**Reporting Structure**:
**Reporting to**:Director Marketing

**Required skills**:Should have good presentation skills. Should have good negotiation skills and prospecting skills. Proven work experience in Sales planning.

Should maintain good relationship with Clients.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Should have passion for Sales.
Fluency in English.

**Educational Qualification**:Graduation / MBA in Sales and Marketing

**Work Experience**:Min. 2 years or above in the similar field.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
