**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Pimpri-Chinchwad (Spine Road)
**Type**: Full-time (On-Site)

**Salary**: 3 LPA + Incentives (Depending upon the skill set & experience)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales executive to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B sales, develop exceptional communication skills, and participate in organizing and managing impactful events. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing professionals, contributing to our growth and learning valuable industry insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential B2C and B2B clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closing deals.
- Nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate and support event planning, logistics, and execution to enhance brand presence.
- Engage with attendees at events, promoting products/services and generating leads.
- Work with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle post-event follow-ups, reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Assist in developing and managing onboarding processes for societies and communities.
- Maintain a database of leads and clients using CRM tools for efficient tracking.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
