**Job Overview**:
We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Executives** to join our coffee distribution team in Bhosari. This role involves **B2B and B2C selling of premium coffee beans** to retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, and end consumers. We welcome freshers and individuals from other industries who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell **coffee beans** to new and existing customers
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Visit cafes, retailers, wholesalers, and other prospects in the area
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Explain product benefits, pricing, and usage to clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily progress
- Collect market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for food & beverage products, especially coffee (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Bhosari and nearby regions
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
