**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordination, maintenance, and breakdown jobs with the service manager.
- Interact with customer, give them the required information in response to queries about accounts, products and services.
- Take service query calls from clients or customers and dispatch the apt customer service associate to tackle the question.
- Handle and solve the complaints of customers, special orders placed using phone or mail.
- Coordinate with the engineer & customer's user/engineer to get the issue resolved.
- Create documents (Quote, PO, invoice etc) in Erp system & share to customers/suppliers for spare parts.
- Coordinate with multiple OEM for product installation & warranty updates through mail & verbal.
- Maintain all data in excel & update on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
