**Job Description: Site Storekeeper & Administration Executive**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Storekeeper & Administration Executive. The role involves managing various aspects of store activities, administration, and logistics to ensure smooth operations at our project site in Bangalore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Activities Management**:

- Coordinate delivery of materials from vendors.
- Oversee unloading of materials and ensure proper storage.
- Issue materials to the site as per requirements.
- Record all transactions accurately in the EIP (Electronic Inventory System).
- Maintain updated stock statements.
- Report regularly to Project HQ.
- **Administration Responsibilities**:

- Maintain overall site cleanliness and maintenance.
- Monitor laborers and security guards to ensure site security and discipline.
- Keep comprehensive site records and prepare necessary reports.
- **Guest House Management**:

- Manage and maintain the guest house for staff and visitors.
- Ensure all accommodations are in order for staff visiting the site.
- **Logistics and Miscellaneous**:

- Arrange packing and forwarding of materials as required.
- Manage and maintain vehicles at the site and guest house.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in storekeeping, administration, or similar roles, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Additional Information**: This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of our projects by ensuring efficient logistics, store management, and administration at the project site in Bangalore. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹20,483.73 - ₹27,000.00 per month
