**Job Title**: Store Keeper - Government Building Construction

**Location**: Bangalore

**Project**: Central Government Building Construction Project
**Project Budget**: Project Manager

**NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inspect materials received at site for quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient storage and easy retrieval.
- Issue materials to site engineers/workmen as per requirements and maintain proper issuance records.
- Prepare daily stock statements, material reconciliation reports, and inventory registers.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Comply with company and government project guidelines for material management.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Store Keeper in building construction projects (Government project experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, consumables, etc.).
- Familiarity with stock management and inventory control systems.
- Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock management software, etc.).
- Willingness to work at site location.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

**NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED WITH BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS BACKGROUND.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
