**Job Purpose**:
To ensure smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods/materials as per customer requirements, coordinating with production, stores, transporters, and customers while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Planning & Coordination**:

- Plan daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders and priorities.
- Coordinate with production and stores for material availability.
- Arrange vehicles in coordination with transporters.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
- Ensure compliance with GST, transport, and statutory norms.
- Maintain dispatch records in ERP/system.
- **Logistics & Vehicle Management**:

- Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials with correct packaging.
- Optimize vehicle utilization and reduce logistics cost.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- **Customer & Internal Communication**:

- Provide dispatch details to customers and sales team.
- Address customer queries related to dispatch/delivery.
- Coordinate with QA team for quality clearance before dispatch.
- **Reporting & MIS**:

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dispatch MIS.
- Monitor pending orders and update management regularly.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of logistics, dispatch operations, and documentation.
- Familiar with ERP/SAP/Tally or other dispatch systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of taxation & e-way bills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (manufacturing/automobile/logistics industry preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
