**Job Summary**:
The Junior Executive - Stores in a manufacturing environment is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, tools, spare parts, and finished goods within the company’s warehouse. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to meet production demands. The individual will collaborate with the procurement, production, and quality control teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support continuous manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- **Raw Materials Handling**:

- Receive and inspect raw materials, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
- Properly store raw materials in designated areas, ensuring they are accessible for production needs.
- **Stock Control & Audits**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Ensure critical materials are always in stock to avoid production delays.

**Store Operations**:

- **Storage Management**:

- Organize and label inventory in a manner that ensures efficient space utilization and quick access to items.
- **Material Dispatch & Production Support**:

- Timely dispatch of materials, spare parts, and tools to production departments as per job orders.

**Data & Documentation Management**:

- **System Entry & Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and returned using inventory management software.

**Report Generation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management, outlining stock levels, consumption trends, and material movement.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- **Cross-Department Coordination**:

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and tools.
- **Supplier & Vendor Interaction**:

- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers for material replenishment, quality issues, and returns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with inventory management systems (**Tally**) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- **Key Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills to address stock discrepancies or material shortages.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
