**IT Support/ Tech Support (Location, Noida, Sec 52)**

1. Office 365 Exchange Online, Mail flow.

2.Microsoft office 365 Migration.

3. Active Directory and Azure AD integration.

4. Azure Information protection, Rights Managements and DLP.

5. Mobile devices and operating systems.

6. Provide Excellent customer experience with every interaction.

7. Engage and empathize with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion.

8. Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction.

9. Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

10. Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes.

11. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues.

12. Notice trends and report reoccurring problems.

13. Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.

1. Ability to interact with Enterprise level customers.

2. 2-3 years in an IT Service Desk role, ideally with experience in an enterprise exchange, Azure, or enterprise SharePoint environment. Experience in Office 365 Deployment & Support.

3. Strong technical leadership and troubleshooting skills.

4. Being able to develop relationships with customers to effectively understand priorities and drive technical recommendations and solutions.

5. Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience.

6. Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues.

7. Success at working in a team environment where a customer obsessive culture is paramount.

8. Good written & verbal communication Multiple Language added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
