BCI is looking for Senior GenAI Engineer / Developer with a strong Python background to join an ongoing project for our direct client in the USA. You will join an offshore team that is growing and there is a lot of new and exciting work to be completed. This is a full-time position and must be able to work a blended hours of EST / IST timings. Client offshore team is in Hyderabad. Position can be 100% remote if unable to relocate. Ability to start ASAP is a big plus. Your expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) will be needed to help create original content—such as text, images, video, audio or software code—in response to a user’s prompt or request. You'll work in an Agile software development environment supporting requirements/story development, software architecture and design, software development, and unit/component testing. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models. ~*Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks is required. ~ Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing AI projects in real-world settings. ~ Experience with API, batch solutions and understanding use cases for document solutions ~ Understanding of parallelization in Python, prompt templates, patterns, and key components. ~ Understanding of threads and concurrency in Python. ~ Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS). ~ Advance Proficiency in foundation models in AWS. ~ Experience REST API libraries and frameworks such as Fastapi. ~ Design and develop prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI performance. ~ Hands-on experience with experience with open source multi-modal LLMs frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements. ~ Familiar with Design Patterns and natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies ~ Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field with 3-5+ years of experience working as a software engineer, including prior experience developing AI solutions *Initial 30 min MS Teams conversation with BCI-IT to over your hands on experience and determine fit. If potential fit, you will be sent a video technical screen with 8 questions on Python and GenAI. 45 min to 1 hour client technical interview with Python code share activity. Hiring decision can be made after call.
