
Sales Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Task Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance to ensure deadlines are met.
- Presentation Creation: Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create professional and visually appealing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, tracking performance and providing data-driven insights to improve sales processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the latest information to ensure smooth client follow-ups and record keeping.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create presentations, reports, and documents with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy in all work tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure sales goals are met.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech/ MBA 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹372,886.83 - ₹419,393.65 per year
