Role Overview
As the Sales Support & Operations Coordinator, you will manage backend sales operations, ensuring accurate CRMdata, report generation, and smooth execution of client demos and events. This role is critical in supportingSunware’s sales processes, enabling the on-ground EMEA team to engage clients effectively and drive businessgrowth.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Oversee CRM accuracy, update records, and manage data to support sales pipelinetracking and reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate sales reports and insights, tracking demo outcomes, follow-ups, and keymetrics for performance assessment.
- Demo and Event Coordination: Organize logistics for client demos, events, and webinars, ensuring high
- quality execution and engagement.
- Sales Operations Support: Assist in maintaining smooth operations for the sales team, tracking high-valueleads, and coordinating follow-ups with the Inside Sales Executive.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support to streamline workflows, maintain documentation, and enhance sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role, ideally within tech or IT services.
- Proficiency with CRM software and reporting tools; experience with data management and analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
