**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Follow up on leads and maintain sales pipeline
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Provide technical consultation to clients on equipment selection
- Coordinate with service team for after-sales support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain detailed customer records and interaction logs
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
**Market Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Update CRM system with all customer interactions
**Required Qualifications**
**Experience & Skills**
- **Minimum 6 months of sales experience** in any of the following industries:
- Machinery sales
- Printing equipment (digital printers, offset printing machines)
- Digital printing industry
- Offset printing industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand technical specifications and features
**Education**
- Graduate/Diploma in any stream
- Technical background in printing/mechanical engineering preferred
**Personal Attributes**
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali
