We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Boomaa Consultants - India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of the sales process
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and result-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the designated market
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable HR solutions to meet their needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of client projects

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
