**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Identification**: Identify and research potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with Modarta's target audience, values, and aesthetic.
- **Outreach and Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through personalized outreach, engagement, and collaboration opportunities. Negotiate terms, contracts, and compensation packages with influencers.
- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop creative and strategic influencer marketing campaigns tailored to specific goals, product launches, or promotional events. Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing objectives.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers to conceptualize, create, and review branded content, ensuring it aligns with Modarta's brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- **Campaign Execution**: Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, posting, tracking, and performance analysis. Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign timelines.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, including engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Cultivate brand advocacy among influencers by fostering genuine relationships, providing value-added opportunities, and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Influencer Marketing Experience**: Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- **Network of Influencers**: Established network of influencers across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) with varying audience sizes and demographics.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch ideas, build relationships, and convey brand messaging.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics, ROI, and effectiveness.
- **Project Management**: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Brand Alignment**: Understanding of Modarta's brand identity, target audience, and aesthetic, with the ability to ensure alignment with influencer partnerships.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
