Introduction:
The role holder will also need to contribute towards the development of ‘best in class’ supplier service governance related activities.

What will you be doing?

Management of Operations support activities:
Perform Supplier service management related roles and responsibilities in accordance with Barclays’ External Supplier Management Standards;
- Closely monitoring and circulation of Cash Management Supplier KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Working closely with the Payment Ops team to populate the KPI and discuss with the suppliers.
- Ensure service credits and liability clauses to be monitor in line with the supplier performance and levy the charges and penalties in case KPI does not meets by the supplier.

Support in effective monitoring on RBI Outsourcing related activities for third party suppliers;
- Cash Management Supplier related guidelines updates from the supplier and prepare the updates for unit head to present the same in senior management forum.
- Preparation of SLA dashboard for all the third party supplier performance supporting India Ops process.
- Support in collating the information from various stake holders and prepare the supplier governance related dashboard for unit head to present the same in the APAC and Country forums.
- Ensure effective tracking and follow ups of all other RBI related requirements which Barclays third party supplier to adhere.

Core banking system maintenance related activities:

- Creation of UDF (User Identified Fields), holiday marking/unmarking, Product Code, Purpose Code, Account Class, BIC Code creation, Master maintenance, Interest rates related details maintenance in the core banking system.
- Ensure the maintenance required should be in line with the requirements and a timely manner.
- Maintaining the maintenance tracker and circulating to the senior stake holders capturing all the key information regarding the changes done, tested, and approved for production.

Monitor and lead the MIS activities:

- Ensure monitoring of all the required MIS pertaining to Ops will be prepared and published in a timely manner.
- Ensure monitoring of all the required PPT/Dashboards are prepared and published in a timely manner.
- Be able to line manager direct reports, if required and ensure delivery of supplier management responsibilities aligned to the function’s strategy

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in Ops support function related activities like preparation of MIS, dashboards, system knowledge
- Post Graduate or Graduate

Skills that will help you in the role:

- People Management experience
- Knowledge of Barclays business areas, key priorities and challenges
- Banking and Financial sector experience and knowledge of the types of activities that Ops function does
