Introduction

APAC BISO Shared Service is a key operational enabler for APAC BISO and provides PMO administration, coordination and execution support for activities within the region’s service operating model

What will you be doing?
- PMO support for the ‘Local Governance Forum’ (LGF) meetings - coordinating service MI review, deck generation, draft minutes, track follow up actions and overall document management.
- PMO support for the ‘Regional Outsourcing Oversight Forum’ (ROOF) meetings - tracking new projects & proposals, conducting working groups with Compliance, project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the approval process, deck generation, and tracking of actions to closure.
- Facilitate Intra-Group Agreements (IGA) reconciliation between global and regional approvals.
- Provide training and guidance on the APAC outsourcing and service governance requirements and framework.
- Administer annual reviews (Due Diligence and Risk Assessment) of outsourcing arrangements, service register attestations and other cyclical processes defined with the service governance model.
- Perform detailed reviews and quality assurance checks on all artifact submission.
- Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

What we’re looking for:

- Practical experience of internal control and APAC outsourcing regulations in the financial sector
- Impeccable problem-solving and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior level leadership
- Motivated self-starter, able to operate from day one with mínimal supervision essential
- Strong analytical skills with operational background
- Strong experience managing a team and communicating to stakeholders
- Organized, superior attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Provide support to the PMO administration, coordination and execution activities within the region’s service operating model.
- Work collaboratively with APAC BISO and project managers, supplier managers, stakeholders to deliver the support activities.
- Execute training program to project managers, supplier managers and stakeholders on the APAC outsourcing and service governance requirements and framework.
- Execute the quality assurance program to ensure completeness and accuracy on all artifacts submission
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure(SOP).
