Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead the development of our water meter business. The role involves building a strong presence for smart ultrasonic water meters across India, with a particular focus on utilities and EPC business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to penetrate the water metering domain.
- Promote smart ultrasonic water meters to utilities and EPC businesses across India.

2. Business Acquisition
- Scout for opportunities in the water metering domain, including tenders and projects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business leads.

3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with key decision-makers in utilities, municipalities, and EPC contractors to secure project approvals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the water utility ecosystem.

4. Approvals and Compliance
- Secure necessary product approvals from utilities and government bodies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications for water meters.

5. Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide inputs for product development and pricing strategies.

6. Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, approvals, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to meet client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing or business development in the utility or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of smart metering solutions, especially in water metering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India to meet clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
