Admission Counsellor

Understand the conversion ratio funnel and build processes and programs to build a great perception

about Neev for better conversions.
- Champion and implement processes and policies to build seamless parent/family experience from

enquiry to admission closure to build a world-class student - parent experience.
- Set a roadmap and define the success criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the

department in terms of number of enrolments, marketing ROI metrics etc.
- Collating and analysing data related to applicants/ potential applicants and share MIS/dashboard to

give visibility to leaders and board members.
- Spearhead and design processes, governance, and documentation to exceed parent’s satisfaction and

experience.

**Communications**:

- Create Roadmap and craft strategies for all marketing events including digital, advertising, campaigns

and communications for brand visibility and align with our philosophy /DNA.
- Create & govern standards and processes for branding and communications - that ensures consistent,

high-quality brand thinking and execution that is aligned with Neev’s brand story and visual identity.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improve the

brand visibility
- India and beyond.
- Planning and executing a well-funded and governed scholarship programme for building a diverse

student community
- Helping academic teams build buddy programs/events for new families and students
- Device a system for maintaining archives of data for marketing - photo / video galleries, etc.
- Ensure a school tour timings plan that is fair and consistent with expectations before and after enrolment’
- Coordinate all school-wide family communication, including management of communication

platforms, family-facing social media, the school website, and the Family Newsletter
- Develop, implement, and promote a calendar of school-wide family engagement events, including

academic workshops and volunteer opportunities that support family involvement in their students.

**Parent Engagement**:

- Create a well-planned program to collaborate with parent community - connect, engage and sustain

engagement
- Build constructive partnership with parents in supporting their involvement and co-operation with the

school and participate in their child’s learning journey.
- PTA for strengthening parent engagement, volunteers for school programs and mentorship
- Create a program to reach out to prospective parents
- understand what they look for and how we can

enable them with all the necessary information in a quick and easy manner.
- Working with academic leaders, parent community and students to develop a strong outreach

programme for prospective parents and students, defining the boundaries of sharing non-academic

and academic information responsibility.
- Develop multiple modes of communication with the existing parent community
- Constantly improving the parent experience (customer service) with the physical school space as a

welcoming environment, meeting information needs and communications

Alumni Relationships:
✔ Drive increased alumni engagement and foster lifelong relationships with both ex-parents and ex
- students

✔ Nurture deeper alumni engagement to build brand and admissions

✔ Create Metrics to measure the success criteria of alumni relationships. The purpose of tracking alumni success is admissions initially and will later move to fund raising, track long term impact of our values for students and how they impact their lives at different stages.
