Job Description - Collection Manager - Tele Calling Team

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in working with a call centre in a collections profile.

2. Knowledge of loan products - personal loan, credit cards, housing loan, business loan

3. Delivery of monthly targets on a regular basis

4. Use of CRM software and other relevant tools for managing calls and updation of MIS

5. Work as part of the team and work closely with lenders

6. Process adherence as per guidelines and meet targets for the month

7. Good communication and negotiation skills

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

9. 12th or Graduation as minimum qualification.

Qualifications: 12th or Graduation

Experience: 1-3 years

Working experience: Call Centre experience with Collection Agency for Bank or NBFC or Fintech in a individual role

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DRA (Debt recovery) Certification (required)
