- Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving approach
- Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as per business requirement
- Ensure customer-first attitude while maintaining company standards

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving approach
- **Experienced**: Minimum 1 year in International BPO/Customer Service (20% hike on last salary)
- B.Tech / BE Graduates not eligible
