We're looking for Customer Support Associate (US Process) for Gurgaon location.

Exp level:

- 0.6 Months to 2 yrs

POSITION OVERVIEW:
**Activities to be performed**
- Review and process basic customer transactions
- Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies
- Input, edit and maintain customer account information
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to a supervisor
- when unable to resolve/ understand customer request
- Serve as a liaison between company client, end customers and various other stakeholders
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Document all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues
- Always provide efficient and courteous service to customers
- Follow policies and procedures to meet all client,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹127,823.16 - ₹500,000.00 per year
