The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customers are sent invoices in the appropriate format and for providing any necessary support. The Billing Coordinator will work with clients and other internal contacts to answer questions, ensuring they understand their invoices and pay them in a timely manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze quotes and contracts in order to properly review new/existing subscription orders and subscription amendments in our billing system for the monthly billing cycle, verifying documentation for pricing and required approvals
- Review various billing system reports to identify billing discrepancies. Make corrections as appropriate to ensure accurate billing following established procedures
- Engage and interact with Small Market level customers and provide concise, professional customer-centric responses
- Research and resolve customer billing issues, determining appropriate adjustments with proper documentation
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Work overlapping hours with the US-based team, including a portion of the workday during US operating hours (typically 9AM to 5PM EST), to ensure effective communication and timely support of US-based clients
- Other duties as assigned

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience analyzing quotes and understanding unique billing requirements preferred
- Strong professional and customer-centric communication
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work independently, meet timelines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
