We are hiring a **Talent Acquisition Professional **to join our global HR team and become a focal point for all India hiring needs, supporting AlgoSec growth in the region.

**Location**: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

- 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition professional in a global setting in a Hi-tech/Product based company.
- Proven experience managing full cycle processes from sourcing to closing
- Expert in technical recruitment & talent acquisition for software development positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity
- Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented
- Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking
- Relevant academic degree
