**Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern**

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern** to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain real-world exposure in **Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, and operations**, with a strong possibility of conversion into a **full-time role**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers
- Assist in end-to-end hiring activities across multiple roles
- Support HR operations and other people-related activities as required

**Qualifications**
- Recent graduates in **BBA / B.Com** (Freshers welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Eagerness to build a career in Human Resources

**What We Offer**
- 6-month internship with structured learning and mentorship
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Opportunity to convert into a **full-time HR Associate** post successful internship

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
