**1. Project Sales & Business Development**
- Identify ongoing and upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, and government projects.

**2. Client Engagement & Specification Selling**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:

- **Architects**:

- **Interior Designers**:

- **Contractors**:

- **Builders and Developers**:

- **PMC and Procurement Consultants**

**3. Sales Closure & Commercial Negotiation**

**4. Market Mapping & Relationship Management**

**5. Reporting & Coordination**

**Project Sales or Specification Sales**, ideally in **building materials, laminates, plywood, cladding, facades, glass, ACP, hardware, tiles, or decor products**.
