**Position**: Sales Coordinator
**Industry**: Building Materials / Manufacturing
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 3+ years in Building material or Manufacturing Industry
**Qualification**: Graduate (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related fields)
**Salary**: 25-30k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Maintain daily sales records, customer databases, and prepare MIS reports.
- Handle communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments (dispatch, production, accounts).
- Prepare and share sales quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for purchase orders.
- Assist in tracking delivery schedules and ensuring timely dispatch of material.
- Manage customer support activities including responding to queries, complaints, and providing updates on orders.
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for transportation and material delivery.
- Maintain stock reports and update inventory records.
- Support marketing initiatives like exhibitions, product promotions, and client meetings when needed.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc.) is a plus
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building material products (cement, steel, tiles, aggregates, etc.) is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
