**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and market penetration of cosmetics & makeup products nationwide.
- Appoint and manage distributors/stockists in beauty & personal care channels.
- Ensure product visibility in **salons, beauty stores, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.**:

- Execute trade promotions, beauty campaigns, and influencer-led activations.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and beauty consultants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and share regular insights with management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8-10 years of experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care sales.**:

- Strong distributor handling, retail expansion, and channel development skills.
- Knowledge of **salon distribution, beauty advisors network, and modern trade.**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market development.
