**Key Responsibilities:Mobilizer Role**:

- Conduct field visits to mobilize and counsel youth about the GDA training program.
- Engage with community stakeholders, NGOs, schools, and local leaders to generate leads.
- Ensure enrollment targets are met within the specified timelines.
- Maintain and update mobilization reports on a regular basis.

**GDA Trainer Role (ToT Certified)**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on General Duty Assistant (GDA) curriculum as per NSDC/SSC standards.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain training-related documentation.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to quality standards within the training center.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Certification**: ToT Certified GDA Trainer (Healthcare Sector Skill Council - HSSC preferred)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in mobilization and/or training in skill development domain
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare, Nursing, or Social Work)
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi and basic English

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Field mobilization and community engagement
- Ability to conduct interactive and effective training sessions
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools)

**Note**: Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,587.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
