Jeevika is the skill development program of Lotus Petal Foundation. The focus is on developing communication skills and on building confidence within the child. In addition to studying for their courses, students also intern with various corporate and retail houses to get real time experience.

**Purpose of the Role and Key Tasks**:
1. To Train students in BFSI concepts

2. Fostering equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ association

3. Paying attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students

**Activity List**:
1. Provide classroom / Online training in BFSI
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons for BFSI.
- Delivering a demo session to the students.
- Helping students in the practical execution of financial training relating to Tally, GST etc.
- Constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class

6. Provide handling doubt sessions or query sessions for the students related to BFSI at the time of training
- Give appropriate assignments and projects for the students to make them grow with hands-on experience in BFSI.

8. To deliver course material as per the curriculum

9. Consults, facilitates, and maintains communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and pertinent agents on specific student and parent academic and educational matters.

10. Provides feedback and recommends appropriate action and solutions to individual student’s academic and educational needs and abilities.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Well-versed with the latest tool and industry updates related to every aspect of BFSI or as per your expertise area

2. Must have experience as BFSI trainer.

3. Desire and ability to work with students at the specified age level with diverse backgrounds and levels of ability toward accomplishing their educational goals.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
